3 DELICIOUS DESSERT OF THE RESTAURANT LA TRELA
At the end of a dinner there are two kind of people: who has not ordered the second to have place for the dessert and who is very full but will find anyway a place for the dessert 🙂 Regardless of the category to which you belong, if you are a dessert lover, it will be impossible to resist to this podium!
1) SORBETTO AL BRAULIO: FRESHNESS OF THE SWEET, THE TASTE OF THE BITTER
Who would have thought that one of the most requested desserts in our restaurant has a bitter aftertaste? The Braulio is the bitter symbol of the entire province of Sondrio, its slogan is unequivocal: “less worldly, more mountainous”. In our restaurant you’ll find it, as well as a brewer, even as a dessert combined with sorbet. If you ordered typical dishes such as pizzoccheri or sciatt this is definitely the dessert for you, and not just for continuity with the tradition. The Braulio sorbet, in fact, is also perfect to help with the digestion: we are sure that a small “support” after our delicious gnocchetti is always welcome;)
