The room Berlinghiera, on the first floor of the property, has been realized to host disabled people; it is equipped with all the supports necessary to guarantee a comfortable stay, like at home!
In a unique area of 21 sqm there are the queen size bed and a single sofa bed, so it can accomodate up to 3 people. 
The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped too: sink, toilet with handles for people with disabilities,  a big shower with the apposite chair. 
From the big terrace, fully furnished with table and chairs, you can admire the breathtaking view of Lake Mezzola.
